We aim to form a knowledge and experience centre in the field of Wilderness & Expedition Medicine for medics fom different backgrounds. To learn from each other and to keep up to date from the latest developments we organise the secondont edition of our conference ‘Medicine in Extremes’ in May 2014.
In September 2012 the first Conference took place in Amsterdam, which was very well recieved. At this moment we are in full preparation for the second edition of our Medicine in Extremes Confernce. It will take place on the 23rd of May in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This time it will take place at Artis Royal Zoo in Amsterdam.
A significant part of the ticket sales will be donated to AMREF Flying Doctors!
