Outdoor Medicine is a member of the 1% for the Planet consortium and upholds core values of respect for people and the environment. We are, of course, aware of the CO2 emissions generated by organizing this course. After careful consideration, we have concluded that it is essential to experience firsthand how self-reliance and remoteness are critical factors in expedition medicine.

Nonetheless, we will offset the CO2 emissions from flights for all participants and instructors through Trees for All.
