De trip will be hosted by our local partner and tour operator, Africa Travel Co. The instructors from Outdoor Medicine will host the medical program as guest speakers during the trip. Outdoor Medicine is not responsible for any damage, loss of property or injuries sustained during any part of the trip. Particpants are responsible for sufficient travel insurance. However, Outdoor Medicine will ensure that all participants are locally insured for medical evacuation per helicopter if medically indicated via Okavango Air Rescue. Due to the logistics of international money transfers we will be responsible for paying the local tour operator, therefore participants will pay at Outdoor Medicine.
If there have not been enough registrations on the deadline of 31/01/2017, the course will be cancelled. In this case the full amount paid will be reimbursed to those that had already registered
