Outdoor Medicine and 360 Travels & Expeditions offer a new course.
After a 3-day theory course in the Netherlands and 7 days of theory and practice in the Écrins you are a certified Wilderness First Responder (First Aid) and you will have increased your knowledge on winter touring (e.g. tour planning, avalanche, group dynamics, building an emergency shelter). You will get the opportunity to plan your own trip, to lead the group and to apply your first aid knowledge in the field. The course is organized by expedition doctors of Outdoor Medicine and qualified guides from 360 Travels & Expeditions.
For who: anyone who has an affinity for the outdoors. The course is open to participants of all levels (previous experience with mountaineering or first aid is not a requirement) the groups will be divided according to knowledge and experience.
